This alpaca wool knitting kit uses alpaca yarn from British and Irish farms. You can knit it in the round on circular needles or as a flat panel with single pointed needles. .

Kit includes:
- Cotton alpaca project bag
- 200g (225m) Gorgeous DK wool made from 75% alpaca/25% sheep
- Pattern
- Optional 4.5mm circular or single pointed needles and a tapestry needle
As with all Gorgeous alpaca DK kits, it's warm and cosy, but lightweight and breathes well. The alpaca yarn has a small amount of 100% natural sheep's wool blended in, which makes it easy to knit with, and still retains that wonderful alpaca softness.
This snood can be washed by hand or in a machine on a wool wash at 20 degrees.
