This alpaca wool knit kit uses alpaca yarn from British and Irish farms. Seen here in Lunar Grey and available in a wide range of other alpaca colours. We love this airy scarf, partly because it looks so great, and also because it knits up so qiuckly.It is from our Restful range, which is intended for stress-free easy knitting that means you can focus on the conversation, the movie or just whatever you need to be thinking about. Each pattern is simple to work with, and has been tested on beginners, rusty knitters, and the very accomplished. Everyone reports that the yarn is fabulous soft and lovely to work with and all the feedback is that the styles are very restful to knit, and lovely to wear!
Size: Standard 11 x 140 cm
Kit includes:
- Cotton alpaca project bag
- 100g (225m) of Gorgeous DK yarn made from 75% alpaca/25% sheep's wool
- Optional - 4.5mm needles and a tapestry needle to sew in the ends
- Pattern for this scarf
As with all Gorgeous alpaca DK kits, it's warm and cosy, but lightweight and breathes well. The alpaca yarn has a small amount of 100% natural sheep's wool blended in, which makes it easy to knit with, and still retains that wonderful alpaca softness. The scarf can be washed by hand or in a machine on a wool wash at 20 degrees.

Excellent service throughout. Easy to order and in 2 days it was delivered. Had a quick look felt the beautiful soft wool. Then it was whisked away by my husband to be part of my Christmas presents.
